Ewan Bewley leads the European Licensing Team for Patent Dominion. He has an Honours Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering and has practised exclusively in the field of intellectual property law since 1988. Mr. Bewley is a qualified European Patent Attorney and a Fellow of the UK Chartered Institute of Patent Agents.

Mr. Bewley has previously held the position of Director of IP Law (Europe) for Nortel Networks Limited, a global manufacturer of telecommunications equipment. Prior to that he spent many years in private practice in the London Office of one of the UK’s most respected firms of patent agents.

Moses Tsai leads the Asian Licensing Team for Patent Dominion. He graduated from Taipei University of Technology in 1963, majoring in Electrical Engineering. He has practical manufacturing experiences in semiconductor devices including diode, transistor, MOSFET, plastic and ceramic IC. He also has product knowledge in core memory plane, PCB, cooling fan, thermal module and networks switches.

Mr.Tsai served as a Branch Manager for Digital Equipment Corporation and was responsible for computer field services operations in Taiwan from 1981 to 1992. Previous to that he held the position of Manufacturing Manager from 1965 to 1981 for General Instrument Taiwan Limited and AMPEX Taiwan Limited, both of which are US-invested factories in Taiwan.
